Datuk Haji Hanifah bin Noordin graduated from University Malaya with an Honours Degree in Economics in 1973 and subsequently qualified as a Chartered Accountant and Certified Public Accountant in 1976. He was a practising accountant for more than 20 years and was the Chairman and Managing Partner of Ernst & Whinney (now known as Ernst & Young) for 9 years. He also served as the President of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) in 1987 and led the Institute for 13 years until 2000. In that capacity, he also served as a Board member of the International Accounting Standards Committee (IASC).
Datuk Haji Hanifah sits on the Board of Titiwangsa Foundation and several private limited companies. He had also served on the boards of several public listed companies, government-linked companies and government committees.

Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Mohd Khairul Adib brings a remarkable career spanning 34 years in the Malaysian Civil Service, where he served with distinction in various key capacities, including as the Director-General of Public Service and the Secretary-General of the Ministry of Transport. His extensive contributions also include roles at the Ministry of Science, Technology, and Environment, Ministry of Education, and Malaysian missions in Tokyo and London.
He also brings with himself extensive governance and leadership experience, having held prominent roles on boards such as the Employee Provident Fund, KWAP, Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad, Prasarana Malaysia Berhad, and CAAM. Honoured with the prestigious Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Star by the Emperor of Japan in 2022, he holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons.), a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Management, and advanced studies in Public Policy from Saitama University, Japan. Currently, as Chairman of MQA, MMAG Holdings Berhad, and Ingenieur Gudang Berhad, he exemplifies commitment to innovation and excellence.

Datuk Ab.Hamid graduated with a General Certificate of Education from University of Cambridge in collaboration with University of Malaya in 1977. He began his career as a government security officer in the year 1978 and left the civil service as Deputy Director General of Chief Government Security Office (CGSO), Prime Ministers Department in April 2014. He attended several management and security courses at the Royal Institute of Public Administration (RIPA) in London in 1992 and 1995, as well as at INTAN Kuala Lumpur and the special branch school in 1978.
He has contributed vastly in the development of Information Communication Technology (ICT) Security Policy and protective security covering training, directives of ICT Security and formulating manual Malaysian Public Sector Management of Information and Communication Technology Handbook (MyMis). He headed the security team during planning and construction of government complexes in Putrajaya. He sits on the board of several subsidiary companies of Datasonic Group. He is also a Director of Safe Shield Security Sdn Bhd.

She began her career in the Finance Division of Koperasi Pembinaan Dan Perumahan DPMM Berhad in 2001. Subsequently, she joined Dagang Net Technologies Sdn Bhd in 2002 as an account executive and later promoted to Financial Controller in 2017. Puan Hajah Erna has contributed significantly to improve overall efficiency, achieving tax savings, and reducing maintenance costs.
She also has led cross-functional activities focused on cost and margin management. As an integral part of the management team, she actively participated in developing mission, vision, value, and meaning statements (MVVM), showcasing her leadership and consensus-building skills.

Dato’ Che Nazli recently retired as the Under Secretary of the Tax Division at the Ministry of Finance (MOF), where she has served since February 2021. Prior to that, her extensive experience includes roles such as Chief Operating Officer at SME Corporation Malaysia, Director of Human Resource Management at the Ministry of International Trade and Industry, and Chief Administration Officer, the National Palace.
She has significant international exposure, having participated in initiatives such as Implementation of e-Invoicing: Mexico Experience (Mexico Tax Office), Tax Modelling (Australian Tax Office), Economic Policy Design (MOF Japan), Leadership and Strategic Change (University of Cambridge, UK), Innovation & Productivity in Public Administration (Switzerland), and Leadership Development Program (London). She also actively involved in the tax conferences and seminars organised by Inland Revenue Board, Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (CTIM), EY, KPMG and PWC as a speaker, panellist and moderator.
Apart from these participations, Dato’ Che Nazli acted a lead negotiator for Double Taxation Avoidance Agreement (DTAA) between Malaysia and Georgia, Russia and Maldives. Additionally, she was also involved in negotiation for Mutual Agreement Procedure (MAP), Advance Pricing Arrangement (APA) and Bilateral Advance Pricing Arrangement (BAPA) with Canada, Japan, Korea, Denmark and Netherlands.
Beyond her government service, Dato’ Che Nazli serves on the boards of MMAG Holdings Berhad, Jati Tinggi Group Berhad, and Infinity Logistics and Transport Ventures Limited, a Hong Kong-listed company. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Finance) from the University of Tulsa, USA.
